一、政策背景及目的
1.1 背景

为进一步规范“澳门天天彩”项目，完善其运作机制，提高其精准度，以保护彩民权益，推动澳门经济和社会的健康发展。依据澳门现行法律法规和相关规定，制定本政策文件。

　　The purpose is to further standardize the "Daily Macao Color" project, improve its operation mechanism, enhance its precision, protect the rights of lottery players, and promote the healthy development of Macao's economy and society. Based on the existing laws, regulations, and requirements in Macao, this policy document is formulated.

　　二、运行机制规范
澳门特别行政区特制定“澳门天天彩期期精准|有效解答解释落实”政策文件，设计运行精细表如下：

As the executing department, Macao Tourism and Trade Consultancy Center is responsible for improving information platform construction and continuously improving project effects.

　　四、附则
本政策文件自2023年12月15日起全面生效，澳门特别行政区经济和科技办公会议举办的解释培训活动将予以及时补充和跟进，明确政策传达此事。

　　This policy document is fully effective from December 15, 2023. Explanation and training activities held by the Macao Special Administrative Region Economic and Science Technology Office Conference will be supplemented and followed up in a timely manner to clarify the policy communication.
